Performance Manager

Marketup Media a Digital Marketing Agency based in Heraklion and Athens is looking for an experienced Advertising Manager to manage and develop clients’ advertising accounts on Google Ads and Social Media.

Candidates should have previous experience in successfully managing advertising accounts.

Position description

• Define and strategize ads for company clients based on set goals. Preparation of Advertising plan which will include actions on any online platform (Social Media Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Communicating with clients, scheduling meetings and proposals both to clients and internally to other departments.
• Creating (set up) advertising campaigns, monitoring and optimizing them based on the goals and KPI’s that have been set.
  Writing attractive and effective wording for advertisements via AIDA system.
• Constantly updated about digital marketing, trends and related tools.
• Generate reports on ad performance and suggestions for improvement.

Necessary qualifications

• Proven experience, ideally 3 years or more, in online advertising management, ideally in an agency.
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous accounts, from different industries, in a fast-paced environment.
• Evaluating Google Analytics data (or other similar tools) and making advertising proposals to the company to improve them.
• Experience in data analysis
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Google Ads certifications will be considered as additional qualifications.
• Creativity, innovation, strategic thinking and ability to develop new ideas.

The position concerns lifelong work at the company’s offices in Heraklion and full-time (8 hours) or half-time (4 hours).
